Hello and welcome to my world of healing and transformation.

I’m Sheri Kaplan, and I’ve spent over three decades devoted to holistic healing—both for myself and for others.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve deepened my practice through extensive certification and training in Sound Healing, Reiki, Tesla Metamorphosis Healing, Access Bars, and Energy Work. These hands-on modalities allow me to help clients experience profound relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional renewal.

My path into holistic wellness began in 1994, when I faced a chronic autoimmune illness. Through years of self-healing, self-care, and spiritual exploration, I discovered the incredible power of energy medicine, mindset, and vibrational sound therapy to transform the body and soul.

That awakening became my life’s calling — to guide others in releasing trauma, integrating shadow work, and reconnecting with their innate light through intuitive, channeled energy.

Every chapter of my journey has deepened my understanding of how sound, vibration, and frequency can harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. I continue to study, evolve, and expand my offerings to bring the most effective holistic tools to those seeking alignment and inner peace.
